Recommended daily usage:
Herbal powder – Freza Go
- For prevention: take a quarter to a half teaspoon of powder mixed into a little water, each morning. This can be repeated if during the day you notice any flu-like symptoms.
- For Treatment: take half a teaspoon in a little water, three times daily until symptoms subside.
Anti-Microbial Mouth Gel: spray once or twice directly into the mouth. You do not need to spit out or swallow. The gel disperses around the mouth and helps clear upper-respiratory infections.
